About the Role


The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO) to join its dynamic team. The CMCO will be a key player in shaping and projecting the global narrative of the organization, with a focus on elevating its intellectual capital and brand equity worldwide. This role is pivotal in establishing a sophisticated messaging architecture that resonates internationally and maintains institutional alignment. The successful candidate will be responsible for global reputation and positioning, executive and strategic messaging, and leading a high-profile editorial and media transformation. They will also oversee the digital and social ecosystem, drive public relations and stakeholder engagement, and serve as the strategic architect for global issues management and crisis communications.

The ideal candidate for the CMCO position at the company will be an inspiring leader with a proven track record in senior leadership, particularly in integrated marketing and communications. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree, and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years in a formal managerial role. The role demands a culturally adept diplomat, a sharp, metrics-driven strategist, and an operationally excellent individual with a strong background in global leadership. The CMCO will be expected to champion the visual identity and brand experience, lead the enrollment marketing engine, and ensure the digital experience and web presence are at the forefront of the AI age. They must have a deep understanding of data-driven strategies, and be adept at fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within their team.
