Media Production Program Analyst

Job Summary
California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is seeking a Media Production Program Analyst to support the Media Production and Live Events Bureau. The analyst will manage data, analyze project resources, coordinate with program staff, and provide administrative support for media projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze data to support effective allocation of media resources.

Project manage media production projects and coordinate with the Bureau Manager, External Affairs Division, and CDTFA program staff.

Provide administrative support, maintain documentation, and develop logical solutions.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

Attend and support live events as required.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the Classification Specification.

Working Conditions

Must be able to lift/transport media up to 50 pounds.

Travel up to 5% of time.

Telework
Partial telework may be available for eligible candidates residing in California under the State of California Personal Leave Program. All telework schedules require staff to report to the office a minimum number of days per week.
