The Graphic Designer works as part of the Design team to smart, well-crafted design work across a range of media. The role includes assisting in concept development and art direction, working systematically across applications, developing high‑fidelity design work and mockups, and carrying ideas from concept through execution for both internal and client‑facing work.
Responsibilities:
Support the Design Director and team in developing design applications and project deliverables
Collaborate with the design team to execute assets within established timelines
Create and refine graphic materials aligned with creative guidelines
Assist in the development of presentation decks and supporting materials
Ensure all deliverables meet creative standards and project requirements
Maintain clear communication with internal teams throughout project execution
Develop event collateral and design concepts as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional design experience (agency background is a plus)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma
Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and web design is a plus
A demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills
Excellent aesthetic judgment and a clear understanding of visual design principles
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
