Motion Designer

To support a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Motion Designer will create high-performing animated and static marketing creatives for various platforms, managing the entire production process from ideation to final output in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Create animated and static marketing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other paid channels
Own the entire creative production process, including ideation, animation, editing, and sound design
Continuously explore new visual styles and concepts to enhance audience engagement and ad performance

Required qualifications

Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong motion design skills and creative thinking
Experience in creating performance marketing creatives or mobile advertising
Deep understanding of animation principles and a strong visual eye for design
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects
Ability to thrive in a remote environment and work effectively within a small team
