Strategic Commercial Renewal Marketing Specialist

USI Insurance Services is looking for a Renewal Marketing Specialist in Tempe, Arizona, to oversee the marketing process for commercial lines renewals. This role includes responsibilities such as negotiating terms with carriers and preparing client-ready proposals.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in property & casualty insurance with a strong command of underwriting principles. A property & casualty license and relevant degree are preferred, along with excellent communication skills.
