Senior Copywriter

Job Description
As a Senior Copywriter, you will

Understand the basics of storytelling and how to bring an idea to life.

Think conceptually and write for different media — social, digital, out‑of‑home, etc.

Inspire clients and team members with beautifully crafted copy.

Know what’s trending, what’s great work and the difference between the two.

Collaborate with team members including strategy, account, tech and others.

Have a strong work ethic and unremitting attention to detail.

Know how to take feedback and build on it.

Qualifications

A four-year degree and at least four years at a competitive creative agency.

Tech‑savvy with a strong understanding of relevant technical terminology; experience in B2B environments preferred.

Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.

Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem‑solving are even better.

Familiarity with prompt‑based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.

Compensation Range: USD $81,225.00 - USD $116,655.00 annually. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible for our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third‑party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company offers medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.
