CREATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR - WHNS

Job Summary/Description
FOX Carolina, Palmetto Sports and Entertainment, and Telemundo Carolina del Sur need an experienced and talented media professional to lead our Creative Services team. As our Creative Services Director, you will lead marketing efforts for all our stations and digital products, manage commercial production, and create innovative, compelling outside media campaigns to drive viewership for our local brands. The ideal candidate will have media production skills to produce compelling commercials and station marketing campaigns, and will work closely with all areas of the station and our advertisers. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities

Managing the Creative Services team

Working with the sales manager to create revenue-generating promotions

Helping local advertisers create effective messages

Collaborating with the News Director and General Manager on marketing campaigns for FOX Carolina News, Palmetto Sports, and Telemundo Carolina del Sur news teams

Partnering with community organizations on events sponsored by our station

Qualifications / Requirements

Minimum of five years of experience managing TV/Digital marketing efforts

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Experience in establishing long-range strategies and plans

Experience in guiding, directing, coaching, developing, and motivating team members

Strong storytelling with high proficiency in writing, shooting, and editing

Clean driving record
