Salary Range: $22.00 To $35.00 Hourly

Pay Rate:

$22–$35 per hour, based on experience, with preference given to candidates with direct Telebelt operating experience.

Custom Concrete is seeking a

reliable, safety‑focused Telebelt Operator

to join our construction team. This role is responsible for operating a Telebelt truck at job sites, safely positioning and directing the conveyor system to place concrete and materials, and maintaining equipment in compliance with DOT regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and transport a Telebelt truck to and from job sites

Set up and operate conveyor systems for concrete, rock, and sand placement

Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any safety or mechanical issues

Conduct routine truck maintenance (fueling, lubrication, cleaning)

Ensure safe operation of overhead boom equipment, including awareness of power lines and site hazards

Maintain job site safety and support crew adherence to safety requirements

Communicate effectively with general contractors and job site supervisors

Complete required documentation including logs, inspections, and incident reports

Plan travel routes to meet delivery schedules

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Valid

Class A or Class B CDL

Clean driving record with no major violations (DWI, reckless driving, drug violations, leaving the scene, or excessive accidents)

Telebelt operating experience is strongly preferred
