Globe Life is seeking a Graphic Designer II to support the Marketing Department by creating and executing creative solutions across print and digital channels. This hybrid position is located in McKinney, Texas.

Role Overview
The role works independently to develop visual solutions that support business objectives while maintaining brand standards.

What You Will Do

Design and produce marketing and communication materials across print and digital platforms.

Develop visual solutions that support project goals, messaging, and brand standards.

Apply established brand systems to ensure consistency across complex deliverables.

Execute design projects with limited direction while maintaining alignment with creative direction.

Manage assigned work through the project management system to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Prepare final design files for delivery across channels and formats.

Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing partners to refine creative work and resolve design challenges.

Contribute ideas during concept development and project planning.

What You Can Bring

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.

A portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across print and digital channels.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color principles.

Ability to apply brand systems consistently across complex projects and deliverables.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creative execution.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal oversight.

Clear communication and collaboration with cross‑functional partners.
