What You'll Do

Be the authority within a multi‑disciplinary team to determine the optimal strategy to identify highest value use cases to unlock GTM across Marketing, Sales, and Service

Lead roadmap creation, strategy, execution, and optimization for clients around digital transformation with Salesforce as a platform

Own multi‑channel growth strategy based on marketing, sales, pricing, and digital self‑service

Define, execute, analyze, and optimize sophisticated Salesforce technical use cases focused on pilot‑to‑scale mapping to quantitative impact

Collaborate with core leadership to drive execution and implementation of identified use cases and roadmap

Be value oriented by defining and validating core KPIs that will be achieved through execution of the Salesforce strategy and roadmap such as customer acquisition, retention, share of wallet, win rate, ROI, etc.

Build on BCG’s differentiation by creating truly unique capabilities around media, technology, customer journey, and growth operating models

Be agile and iterative in your approach, relentlessly searching for the next unexploited growth opportunity

What You’ll Bring

2–6 years of professional experience in industry, consulting, or a relevant functional role

Experience with Salesforce and other GTM tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM adjacent tools, including managed packages

Expert knowledge of Salesforce technical architecture and proficiency in navigating PowerPoint and Excel

Proven ability to evaluate business and technical trade‑offs, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions on functionality, user experience, and implementation to maximize value

Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to establish a clear vision and strategy for CRM modernization projects and to prioritize requirements

Experience defining business goals, user needs, and market demands to set a product’s direction

Experience working closely with development teams, serving as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams

A passion for B2B sales, marketing, service, and driving customer adoption of digital products

Understanding of business outcomes and KPIs impacted by product features to contribute to overall program value

Strategic and creative thinking: ability to analyze, synthesize, recommend, and take action

Previous sales, marketing, or service delivery experience focused on user acquisition, retention, and growth levers for B2B digital products

Excellent communication, presentation, and material preparation skills

Prior experience at a professional consulting firm is highly desired

You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office. At times, an extended working schedule and travel to client sites may be required.

Compensation

Associate: $129,600 – $144,000 USD

Senior: $171,000 USD
