Job Summary
Join Nestlé’s Coffee & Beverage division to elevate how consumers experience coffee. This role focuses on shopper strategy, brand insights, and omni‑commerce initiatives across our major coffee and creamers brands.

Key Responsibilities

Drive shopper strategy for key brands in collaboration with Brand, Commercial Development, and Sales Planning teams.

Develop and share brand insights, plans, measurements, and analysis of omni‑commerce tactics and activation elements for product activation in retail environments.

Guide management of brand‑specific creative development with shopper marketing agency, evaluating strategy and creative, communications across stakeholders, and overseeing the headquarters‑based shopper marketing budget.

Manage ongoing development, asset management, and content updates for online ad building tool supporting field sales teams.

Build and maintain multi‑discipline relationships; deliver presentations for annual planning, investment requests, and other key initiatives.

Provide thought leadership with internal eCommerce stakeholders to track activity, synthesize learnings, and maximize investment, share of search, and keyword strategy.

Own shopper marketing budget management, tracking, and team adjustments in collaboration with Finance.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of CPG shopper marketing and/or brand marketing experience; 4+ years in a traditional CPG shopper marketing role preferred.

Intermediate to advanced analytics, digital, and omni‑commerce knowledge.

General manager mindset, thought leader, skilled collaborator with strong communication.

Experience leading marketing and/or shopper communication.

Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.

Thrives in change and comfortable with ambiguity.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong collaborative nature; ability to work cross‑functionally.

Curiosity and initiative to develop creative and innovative ideas.

Strong project management skills.

Financial acumen for managing budget, ROI analysis, and optimization.

Influential and effective communicator proficient in storytelling and negotiating.

Ability to leverage data and trends to generate insights and drive shopper behaviors.

Understanding of omni‑channel environment with proficiency in paid search investment.

Knowledge of U.S. retailers and their go‑to‑market strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Compensation & Benefits
Approximate pay range: $133,000 to $165,000. Compensation may vary based on qualifications and geographic location.
