Web & Digital Experience Analyst Sr
Job Summary: The Senior Web and Digital Experience Analyst manages daily web development, including page updates, UX/UI design, and HTML coding. The role provides technical support for Salesforce CRM and digital marketing automation to drive enrollment campaigns, lead generation, and student life cycle strategies. Working closely with the Student Affairs and District Marketing teams, the Analyst conducts UX research, analyzes traffic for data‑driven decisions, advises on design and content strategy, and maintains digital accessibility compliance (WCAG2.1AA).
Essential Functions
Content Management (35%) – Interpret client web update requests, execute page edits and updates, maintain accuracy and timeliness, and manage the ticket workflow from submission to completion.
UX & Accessibility (20%) – Ensure design consistency, uphold brand standards, guide UX strategic direction, manage accessibility compliance (ADA/TitleII/WCAG), and recommend improvements to the overall digital experience.
Salesforce Digital Marketing Automation (20%) – Collaborate with marketing and student affairs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, provide technical support for automation workflows, manage list content, and report on performance to support enrollment goals.
Client Consultation (15%) – Train staff webpage users, assign permissions, and advise clients on web page design and functionality.
Proactive Web Content Research & Development (10%) – Research trends in higher education web design, accessibility standards, and digital marketing; identify opportunities to improve content relevance, search performance, and visual presentation; perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interactive Media Design, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or Computer Science, and at least four (4) years of professional experience in developing, planning, and implementing creative visual design projects and campaigns.

Desired Qualifications
Three (3) years of web design experience with an existing Enterprise Content Management System framework.
Strong foundational experience with HTML and modern web design principles.
Experience utilizing a CRM system, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Three (3) years of experience with graphic design software, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
Experience diagnosing accessibility barriers and implementing fixes to meet WCAG2.1AA compliance.
One (1) year of experience in Marketing, IT, Recruitment, or Enrollment Management.
One (1) year of full‑time, relevant MCCCD experience within the previous two (2) years.
Special Working Conditions
MCCCD does not sponsor individuals for any type of work visa.
Travel to campus during the interview/selection process will be at the candidate’s own expense.
May be required to travel or be assigned to other MCCCD locations.
May require evenings and weekends.
May require prolonged periods of sitting and viewing a computer screen.
May require lifting or carrying up to 25lbs.
This position requires a physical presence on campus with possible partial remote work depending on business needs.
