Responsibilities Lead execution of U.S. incentive compensation programs and ensure timely, accurate payout to field sales teams.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver programs that are both compliant and aligned with company strategy.
Evaluate and optimize incentive strategies through data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Manage the Incentive Compensation Management system, including adjustments as incentive plans change.
Develop and deliver incentive compensation training and communications for sales leaders and employees.
Oversee annual sales award and special incentive programs, including SPIF and budget utilization.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all incentive compensation reports.
Implement rigorous audit processes to maintain data integrity.
Build dashboards and reports to give sales leadership real‑time visibility into compensation performance.
Develop documentation such as individual compensation plans and presentation decks for Sales and Senior Management.
Provide support for the ViiV Sales Recognition system.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, incentive compensation, or commercial analytics roles.
5+ years of experience working in Excel with large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis/modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or similar business degree.
Incentive compensation experience (a plus).
Clear understanding of pharmaceutical data and U.S. sources.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex matrix organizations.
Strong synthesis and communication skills for diverse audiences.
Highly independent and proactive.
Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
Sales or sales‑leadership experience.
Experience with injectables, HIV, or healthcare industry.
Consulting background.
Experience in customer engagement, customer service, and training.
Data‑science education.
