SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER or SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Location: Fort Worth, TX | In-Office Monday–Thursday, Home on Friday
Staffing agency sales experience (required — this is non-negotiable)
THE ROLE:
• Visit clients daily and grow an inherited $1.5M–$2M book of business
• Generate 2+ new business opportunities each week
• Be the main point of contact between clients and the recruiting team
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Staffing agency sales experience (required — this is non-negotiable)
• Stable work history with no frequent job changes
• Ability to be in-office downtown Fort Worth, Monday–Thursday, Home Friday
