Production Technician 7A-7P - Flora, IL

Job Description
Our organization works with partner companies to source qualified talent for their open roles. The following position is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers.

Major Responsibilities

Ensure the machine is functioning safely in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards.

Understand bottle quality requirements and document those requirements.

Sustain efficiencies and reduce scrap on production machines to meet company goals.

Effectively communicate machine, process, and quality related issues.

Diagnose problems and logically troubleshoot tasks.

Comply with direction from supervisors and managers.

Perform and complete color changes when required.

Perform minor preventive maintenance to the machines during the shift.

Complete quality inspection and record them in the statistical process control software.

Provide mechanical and process related troubleshooting on specific processes in the plant.

Perform any additional assigned duties as needed to support the plant.

Minimum Education Required
High School/GED.
