Senior Creative Designer

To drive user engagement and platform adoption, the part-time freelance Senior Creative Designer will conceptualize and execute high-impact visual strategies, utilizing AI-augmented workflows and dynamic motion design to produce creative assets across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities

Rapidly ideate, design, and produce premium paid and social content for platforms like X, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
Incorporate advanced AI tools to streamline creative ideation, asset generation, and production lifecycles
Collaborate with Growth and Creative teams to analyze asset performance and iterate on designs based on data insights

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-house creative growth team or high-output digital environment
Proven expertise using generative AI tools within a professional design pipeline
Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Deep understanding of trading mechanics, odds, and event-driven content
Strong portfolio demonstrating performance creative across ads and social media
