Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis, supporting a high-performing marketing organization during a planned leave. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one. You'll work closely with the marketing team to keep campaigns running smoothly, manage vendor relationships, and ensure reporting stays accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities

Assist with the day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs across paid social platforms and third-party affiliate partners
Support campaign monitoring and optimization to help drive lead generation and performance against key KPIs
Help document and implement best practices for targeting, bidding, segmentation, and optimization across paid social and affiliate programs
Pull and organize campaign performance data and assist in developing reports on month-over-month growth and efficiency trends
Support media budget tracking and pacing, including spend reconciliation and vendor invoicing
Help maintain relationships with platform representatives, affiliate partners, and vendors while coordinating deliverables and follow-up
Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Success, Creative, and Technology teams to support campaign execution
Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new tools to contribute fresh ideas and process improvements
Key Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing; agency or lead generation experience is a plus
Familiarity with affiliate marketing concepts including CPL, CPC, CPM, postbacks, and tracking pixels
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with experience organizing and analyzing campaign data
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms such as Everflow, Impact, or similar is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working directly with vendors or partners
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
