Marketing channel health will be your primary responsibility, ensuring that all campaigns reach intended customers and drive expected behaviors, making the outbound channel efforts accretive to PV performance.

Track all‑up outbound channel KPIs, including reach, opt‑outs, and attributed high‑value actions.

Design and execute experiments that validate the incremental value of different outbound efforts.

Partner with stakeholders on the development of major outbound marketing campaigns such as hit series finales and live sports tournaments.

Work with internal product teams and external vendors to build best‑in‑class outbound campaign capabilities that elevate the PV brand and increase customer engagement.

Report on outbound channel performance to stakeholders and leaders across various business review mechanisms, establishing mechanisms needed to run the outbound marketing channels effectively and efficiently.

A Day in the Life
The Sr. Marketing Manager will focus on the performance and management of outbound marketing channels (e.g., email, push). They will use reporting dashboards regularly to evaluate how each channel performs independently and as a driver of service‑level performance. They will partner with stakeholder teams to create major campaigns, ensure the customer experience is bar‑raising, report channel performance and investments to leaders, and engage product teams to drive scale and automation where appropriate.
