Compensation

$20.00 per hour

Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities

Yearly bonus increase: $5.00 per year up to a $75.00 cap per appointment

Based on performance (full and part-time)

$40.00 per appointment that receives a demo or a DNS (did not sell) – bonus still applies

Senior Brand Ambassador: maintain above‑average metrics for 3 months consecutively to earn a $2.00 per hour increase (to $22.00 per hour) and a $10 per demo increase (to $50 per demo)

Flat‑rate travel pay (not mileage)

Vehicle Allowance

30–60 miles round trip: $50/day

61–80 miles: $60/day

81–100 miles: $70/day

101–120 miles: $80/day

121–150 miles: $90/day

151–180 miles: $100/day

Covers gas, wear‑and‑tear, and time

Your Role as Retail Marketing Representative

Engage and educate: communicate the value of our brand and products to potential customers

Drive appointments: book meetings with decision‑makers to showcase our solutions

Event support: assist in setting up, executing, and breaking down events to ensure smooth operations

Provide valuable insights: share customer feedback and insights with management to improve initiatives

Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm: stay energetic and engaging while upholding a professional demeanor

What you bring to the table

People person: comfortable approaching new people, striking up conversations, and building rapport

Dependable and reliable: punctual, responsible, and always ready to take initiative

Positive energy: enthusiastic and always ready to bring a smile to the workplace

Reliable transportation: owner of transportation for event‑related travel

Weekend availability: flexibility for Saturday and Sunday events

Physical requirement: able to lift up to 50 pounds during event setup

Eligibility: authorized to work in the U.S.
