InnovaCare Management Services Company, LLCEssential Job FunctionsDrive membership growth by achieving and exceeding a target of 10+ new members monthlyBuild and manage strategic relationships with health plans, brokers, senior communities, and local partnersExecute daily outreach and networking efforts to generate referrals and enhance brand visibilityPlan and deliver presentations, events, and community engagement initiativesMaintain a strong and consistent market presence to drive awareness and trustOwn performance tracking and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on outreach activity and resultsPartner cross-functionally to support growth and retention strategiesMinimum Required Education, Experience & SkillsBilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent with strong presentation abilityAssociate’s degree or higherExperience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare outreach, or senior-focused servicesProven success in relationship building, networking, and community engagementStrong organizational, tracking, and reporting disciplineConfident public speaking and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Ability to work in a high-travel, field-based environment (up to 90%)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred Education, Experience & SkillsBilingual (English/Spanish)Associate’s degree or higherExperience in healthcare or market growth rolesEstablished relationships with brokers, health plans, or community partnersExperience with CRM or reporting toolsUnderstanding of membership growth and retention strategiesPhysical & Mental Requirements:Travel locally up to 90% of the time (driving is a big part of this role)Stand and walk for long periods during events and community visitsLift and carry up to 25 lbs (event supplies and materials)Set up and take down tables, banners, and event materialsWork in different locations throughout the community (field-based role)Sit for periods of time while driving or completing reportsUse a computer, phone, and tablet for reporting and presentationsSpeak clearly and confidently when presenting to groupsThe information listed above is not comprehensive of all duties/responsibilities performed.
