We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to establish and evolve a scalable visual identity across all brand touchpoints. This is a senior, hands‑on role focused on building and maintaining design systems, brand guidelines, and visual standards that ensure consistency across digital, print, product, and experiential environments. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can translate brand strategy into cohesive, high‑quality design that supports major launches, campaigns, and long‑term brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the organization's visual identity, including typography, color, layout, imagery, iconography, and illustration.
Build and maintain scalable brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and reusable design components.
Establish consistent brand expression across product, marketing, web, print, presentations, merchandise, events, and experiential activations.
Lead visual exploration and identity development for new initiatives, campaigns, and major brand launches.
Translate brand strategy, research, and complex concepts into compelling visual narratives and presentation materials.
Partner cross‑functionally with creative, product, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Review and provide feedback on creative work to maintain quality and adherence to brand standards.
Manage design files, version control, and production handoffs to ensure efficient execution.
Present design concepts and recommendations to senior leadership with confidence and a clear point of view.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication.
Proven experience building or evolving brand identity systems in high‑growth or fast‑paced environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing complete brand identity systems and multi‑channel implementation.
Extensive experience creating and maintaining design systems and comprehensive brand guidelines.
Expertise in typography, layout, composition, visual storytelling, and systems‑based design.
Ability to translate technical or complex concepts into clear, engaging visual communications.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and strong presentation design skills, including PowerPoint.
Strong production knowledge, including file organization, version control, specifications, and handoff best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
