Lean Production Supervisor

Synectics Inc. in Fremont, Ohio, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams towards achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. With 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required, the role also calls for strong problem-solving skills and a background in PVC, rubber, or plastics environments. An Associate degree is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management.
