Audio‑Visual Specialist
Are you an experienced Audio‑Visual Specialist with a passion for technology and a knack for creating seamless meeting experiences? If you have 3‑5 years of AV support experience, are an expert with both Macs and PCs, and excel at setting up and troubleshooting conference and meeting technology, we want you to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and manage A/V systems and peripherals.

Perform daily morning checks of all conference rooms to proactively identify issues and ensure they are in working order for the day’s meetings.

Own pre‑meeting A/V checks for high‑profile events and VIP video meetings.

Troubleshoot, upgrade, and replace AV componentry.

Coordinate external vendor support when required.

Fully meet key support performance metrics, such as trouble ticket SLAs.

Complete timely and accurate incident management of application usage.

Seek out additional work during downtime.

Build professional relationships with customers and other teams.

Maintain professionalism and composure when interacting with all employees.

Train backup staff and provide guidance on policies and procedures.

Determine what additional support is needed when handling sensitive inquiries.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.

3‑5 years prior A/V work experience preferred.

Industry certification preferred.

Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) preferred.

Hours: 8 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem‑solving.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Current knowledge or ability to learn computer‑based systems required.

Maintain an overall professional appearance and attitude.

Adhere to all policies and procedures required.

Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.

Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently.

Pay Range
$30—$33 USD
