Relate Search is partnered with a growing North American manufacturing organization seeking a Manager, Talent & Organizational Effectiveness to serve as a key member of the Human Resources leadership team. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, this role will help shape the organization's talent strategy, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness efforts during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, balancing strategic talent initiatives with practical execution. The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in performance management, succession planning, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness, while also possessing the business acumen to influence leaders, drive accountability, and help the organization build the capabilities needed for long‑term success.

What You’ll Do

Lead and continuously enhance enterprise‑wide performance management processes, including manager enablement, calibration discussions, and performance development programs

Drive succession planning efforts, talent reviews, high‑potential identification, and leadership development strategies across the organization

Build and strengthen competency frameworks, career pathways, skills matrices, and workforce capability models aligned with business objectives

Assess organizational capabilities and identify development opportunities to ensure the business has the right talent, leadership, and skills to support future growth

Design and deploy impactful learning and development programs that improve employee capability and business performance

Oversee learning management systems, training compliance, content governance, and the overall employee development infrastructure

Partner closely with commercial, operations, and functional leaders to solve business challenges through effective people strategies

Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption planning

Manage a portfolio of HR projects, ensuring priorities, timelines, risks, and deliverables remain aligned with business objectives

Evaluate and improve HR processes, workflows, and operating procedures to increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness

Own HR scorecard development and reporting, leveraging workforce data and analytics to provide actionable business insights

Influence and guide HR partners, site HR leaders, and functional stakeholders to drive consistency and execution across the organization

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred

10+ years of progressive experience across Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related disciplines

Demonstrated success leading performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and talent strategy initiatives at an enterprise level

Strong project and program management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Proven ability to influence senior leaders, drive change, leverage workforce analytics, and lead through collaboration in a matrixed organization
