Execute disciplined outbound sales strategies, including prospecting, networking, lead generation and CRM pipeline management, to drive consistent new business development.

Identify and assess prospect objectives, market positioning, and brand alignment; develop customized partnership proposals leveraging SS&E intellectual property, digital/social platforms, broadcast, signage, experiential assets and promotional channels.

Own the full sales cycle from prospect identification through contract execution, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and long‑term partnership sustainability.

Collaborate with the Strategic Growth and Business Development teams to refine emerging market strategies, share best practices and contribute to scalable processes that increase the quality and volume of new partnerships.

Develop and attain personal strategies, training, and procedures to achieve revenue goals by driving prospect alignment and engagement utilizing team IP, digital/social channels, promotional platforms, signage and broadcast for all SS&E properties.

Who You Are

Minimum 4–6 years of progressive experience in sponsorship sales, media sales, business development or partnership strategy, preferably within sports or entertainment.

Demonstrated ability to generate new business revenue through consultative selling, strategic prospecting and relationship cultivation.

Strong understanding of integrated sponsorship assets, including digital media, social platforms, broadcast, signage, experiential marketing and data‑driven activations.

Experience building partnerships in emerging or non‑traditional markets is preferred; international business exposure is a plus.

Ability to analyze prospect objectives and translate them into strategic, long‑term partnership solutions.

Fluency in Spanish or experience working in Latin American markets preferred.

Physical Requirements

Constant use of computer and standard office software.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for prospecting efforts, industry events, partner meetings and market development initiatives.

Ability to work evenings, weekends or holidays to support partnership activations, networking events or key deadlines.

In every position, each employee is expected to: demonstrate alignment with SS&E’s core values and mission, collaborate with internal and external community members and demonstrate ongoing development.
