Video Creator & Editor
Axiom Value Wealth Management, a Rockville-based advisory firm dedicated to helping federal employees and veterans retire happy, is seeking a creative Video Creator & Editor to bring our educational content to life.
What you'll do:
Film and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Repurpose clips from our TV segments ("Retire Now DMV!" on Fox5 DC and DC News Now), webinars, and workshops into social-ready content
Create motion graphics, captions, and b-roll that align with our brand look and feel
Collaborate with our marketing team on video concepts for seminars, client education, and community events
Help manage our video content calendar and publishing workflow
What we're looking for:
Experience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
An eye for storytelling, pacing, and clean visual design
Familiarity with short-form video trends and platform best practices
Bonus: motion graphics (After Effects), audio editing, or on-set filming experience
This is a great opportunity for a student or recent grad to build a real portfolio, work directly with a media-active founder, and see their work reach thousands of viewers across the DMV.
