Real Estate Photographer

Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

Location: Hybrid (Corolla & Duck, NC) | Reports to: Marketing Manager

At Twiddy & Company, we believe exceptional photography is one of the most powerful tools for connecting guests with their perfect vacation home. We’re looking for a talented Real Estate Photographer to join our Marketing team and help showcase some of the most sought-after vacation rentals on the Outer Banks.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in producing high-quality photography with quick turnaround times.

What You’ll Do

Photograph vacation rental properties throughout the Outer Banks

Capture professional interior and exterior images that highlight each home’s unique features and appeal

Edit and deliver polished photo galleries within established turnaround times

Manage a high volume of property shoots while maintaining quality and consistency

Coordinate scheduling and communication with homeowners and internal teams

Help ensure every property is presented at its absolute best online

What We’re Looking For

Experience in real estate, architectural, hospitality, or interior photography

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and image editing

Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

Experience using DSLR or mirrorless camera systems

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple shoots and deadlines

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional work

Professional communication and customer service skills

Bonus

Drone photography experience, FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (or willingness to obtain certification), experience photographing luxury homes, vacation rentals, or hospitality properties
