Content Writer - Conversational AI Customer Experience

A client/employer of Insight Global is seeking a Content Writer to support a Conversational AI Customer Experience team focused on creating engaging, customer-facing AI interactions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in content creation, copywriting, marketing, or content strategy who has experience contributing to conversational AI projects. The designer will develop conversation flows, craft messaging, and ensure a consistent voice and tone across AI-powered customer experiences.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working on conversational AI, chatbot, virtual assistant, or similar conversational projects.
- Background in content strategy, copywriting, marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to create content in a consistent voice and tone.
- Experience building conversational flows, workflows, or customer journey content.
- Proficiency with Claude and experience leveraging AI tools for content development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing conversational content, workflows, and delivered solutions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Figma for reviewing and visualizing conversational experiences.
- Experience using Canva or similar tools to communicate concepts and review conversation flows.
- Understanding of UX and conversational design principles.
- Experience supporting customer-facing AI and digital experience initiatives.
