Social Media Coordinator

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator, the part-time role will manage social listening, content scheduling, and performance reporting across various platforms to enhance the overall social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor social media platforms for engagement and implement an effective engagement strategy
Review partner submissions for content integration and manage scheduling through Sprinklr
Produce weekly social snippets and bi-monthly reports to analyze engagement metrics and top-performing content

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management or a related field
Familiarity with social media scheduling and monitoring tools, specifically Sprinklr
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
