Responsibilities
Perform load‑in and load‑out of band equipment and rental equipment.
Set up and break down band and event equipment.
Cable and patch equipment, working with the crew as a team.
Adjust audio levels, maintain safe audio, and provide professional mixing.
Operate audio control boards.
Oversee visiting audio technicians during shows.
Protect, maintain, and repair audio equipment.
Assist with production throughout the venue as needed.
Assist the Production Manager with technical advance and artist representatives.
Ensure proper care and handling of all House of Blues and rental audio equipment.
Collaborate with visiting production crews to ensure successful shows.
Create or distribute audio plans.
Operate systems related to audio throughout the venue.
Schedule and meet special event audio needs with professionalism.
Maintain relationships with local and national audio vendors.
Assist the Stage Manager with show passes.
Assist lighting crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
Assist with any special events operations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of tour and stage production experience.
Experience with stage lighting, pro‑audio systems, and basic video systems.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
High school diploma.
Preferred Qualifications
College degree.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.

Compensation
Hourly pay: $19.20 – $24.00 USD. Compensation is based on market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
