The Social Media Associate is responsible for executing the organization's social media marketing strategy, including profile management, content creation, campaign coordination, analytics, reporting, and paid advertising. The role includes creating engaging copy for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, developing analytics reports, evaluating performance data and providing recommendations to enhance engagement and overall social media effectiveness.

What You Will Do

Continuously develop and execute the firm's social media marketing strategy across all social media platforms.

Write unique and compelling copy for posts and campaigns to be published on all social media platforms.

Utilize Sprout Social to automate and optimize content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Work with internal clients to strategically develop paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.

Build and analyze reports to measure social media performance and make strategic recommendations to increase engagement.

Monitor firm mentions to assess audience engagement and respond to mentions and comments.

Communicate effectively with internal clients to provide guidance and training on best practices and techniques to align with the social media strategy.

Evaluate competitive benchmarks, new technologies, and social media platforms to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Manage time wisely to simultaneously work on multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines.

Exhibit a desire for continuous growth and development, welcoming constructive feedback and coaching.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree.

2+ years of relevant marketing and digital marketing experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree.
