Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the full-time remote Proposal Editor will edit and desktop publish proposal-related documents, ensuring editorial correctness while maintaining technical accuracy, and will support proposal writing strategies focused on federal submissions.
Key responsibilities
Serve as editor and desktop publisher for proposal sections, white papers, and other content
Review solicitations for technical requirements and ensure compliance with those requirements
Mentor personnel on effective proposal editing and writing strategies while maintaining documentation on procedures
Required qualifications
US Citizenship is required
Eligible for a Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years or Master's Degree with 1+ year of technical writing/editing experience
Proven experience in writing, editing, and reviewing technical proposal documents for clarity and accuracy
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft 365 applications
