Social Media Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saugus, MA. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the company's social media strategy. Daily tasks include creating and curating engaging content, scheduling and publishing posts, analyzing social media performance metrics, and implementing social media optimization (SMO) techniques to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will actively engage with audiences on various platforms to foster community growth and enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications

Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

English, Portuguese and Spanish

Strong skills in Content Strategy and creating engaging social media content

Exceptional Communication skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences

Proven ability in Writing clear and impactful messages tailored to various platforms

Familiarity with social media tools and analytics to monitor and enhance campaign performance

Understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices

Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
