About The Practice
We are representing a top‑tier luxury aesthetic and plastic surgery practice in Virginia that believes every patient interaction should reflect a five‑star experience.

We're looking for an energetic, creative, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life through social media, content creation, community events, and exceptional patient engagement.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and interacting with people. The majority of your time will be spent creating engaging marketing content, supporting events, and helping showcase our providers, patients, and practice culture. When needed, you’ll also provide front desk support by assisting with patient check‑in, responding to leads, and helping create a five‑star patient experience.

If you’re creative, adaptable, love social media, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced luxury aesthetic and plastic surgery practice, we’d love to meet you.

What We Offer
You’ll have the opportunity to build your marketing portfolio while working alongside talented surgeons, providers, and an innovative leadership team. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing, event coordination, luxury patient experience, and aesthetic medicine—all while making a meaningful impact on the growth of one of Northern Virginia’s premier cosmetic practices.

We value creativity, teamwork, accountability, continuous learning, and exceptional service. If you’re excited about creating engaging content, connecting with people, and helping grow a luxury brand, we’d love to hear from you.
