The Corporate Finance Communications & Engagement Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic communications and employee engagement initiatives that support Corporate Finance priorities, organizational objectives, and business transformation efforts. Serving as a trusted communications partner to Finance leadership and project teams, this role manages the full lifecycle of communication activities—from strategy and planning through content development, execution, and measurement—to ensure employees receive clear, consistent, and impactful communications.
In addition to leading communications efforts, this role supports change management activities across multiple initiatives by developing stakeholder communications, change and engagement plans, readiness messaging, and adoption materials in partnership with project and change management teams. The position also applies business analysis and process improvement principles to enhance communication effectiveness, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and contribute to successful organizational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute strategic communication and engagement plans supporting Corporate Finance initiatives and organizational priorities
Manage multiple communications workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment, quality, consistency, and timely execution across projects
Lead the end-to-end communications lifecycle, including planning, messaging, content development, approvals, execution, and measurement
Create compelling executive communications, presentations, newsletters, intranet content, organizational announcements, videos, digital communications, and other communication asset
Produce and edit professional-quality video content to support leadership messaging, employee engagement, training, and organizational updates
Partner with Finance leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business and financial information into clear, concise, and engaging communication
Coordinate communication calendars, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and communication schedules across multiple initiatives
Support project teams with change management activities by developing stakeholder communication plans, change and engagement plans, readiness communications, adoption messaging, and other change enablement material
Assist in stakeholder assessments and change impact analysis to ensure communications effectively support organizational change and employee adoption
Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, engagement metrics, and adoption outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvemen
Identify opportunities to improve communication processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement through business analysis and process improvement methodologies
Build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders while serving as the primary communications advisor across assigned initiatives
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, Organizational Development, Change Management or a related field
5–8+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee engagement, organizational communications, or a related field
Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and executive communication skills
Demonstrated experience managing multiple communication initiatives from planning through executions
Experience creating multimedia content, including professional video production and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, Vyond, or similar tools
ls.Working knowledge of organizational change management principles and experience supporting change initiatives through communications and stakeholder engagement
Experience with business analysis and process improvement methodologied
Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and digital communication platforms
