Key Responsibilities

Create, review, and refine marketing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Japanese, utilizing advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with the customer’s team to provide valuable input and feedback that enhances AI model training and evaluation processes.
Translate and adapt marketing content to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy for Japanese-speaking audiences.
Analyze and critique marketing materials for clarity, effectiveness, and brand alignment, offering expert insights on best practices.
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity while managing sensitive project information.
Document and report on project outcomes, providing structured feedback to improve AI learning and documentation practices.
Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both written and verbal formats.
Qualifications

Native-level Japanese language proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor''s degree or higher.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with hands-on experience in marketing documentation.
Experience in Fortune 500 companies or exposure to high-standard, global marketing environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with demonstrable expertise in creating professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to assess document quality and effectiveness.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines in a remote, collaborative environment.
Work Terms

Contract position, remote work preferred, ideally based in the US.
Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $30 to $70, commensurate with experience.
Eligibility

Applicants should have a strong understanding of US-Japan business contexts, with preference given to those located in the US. Experience in projects involving AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives is a plus.
