We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded marketing communications leader to develop and execute integrated marketing communications that accelerate therapy awareness, strengthen brand preference, and support commercial growth across our Neuromodulation portfolio. This role combines strategic leadership with people leadership. You will lead complex, marketing communications initiatives from strategy through execution while also coaching, mentoring, and developing talent within the organization. You will partner across Marketing, Commercial, Medical Education, Clinical, Digital, Regulatory, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that reach patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and referring physicians.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with exceptional execution and proven people leadership experience. They bring experience leading integrated marketing campaigns in healthcare or another highly regulated industry, understand how to translate complex clinical information into compelling customer experiences, and are comfortable driving alignment across a matrixed global organization while developing high-performing teams.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people or program managerial experience.
Nice to Have
MBA or advanced degree
Demonstrated experience leading and developing people, including coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead across teams.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another highly regulated industry.
Consumer or direct-to-consumer marketing experience, including patient engagement and therapy awareness campaigns.
Experience supporting global product launches and market development initiatives.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, customer journey development, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing.
Experience leveraging AI and marketing technologies to improve campaign development and performance.
Experience managing creative agencies and external marketing partners.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$159,200.00 - $238,800.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
