Role Description

The Studio Coordinator is a part-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role supports the daily operations of the school, including greeting students and families, checking in and out lessons, managing schedules, and maintaining a welcoming and organized studio environment. The Studio Coordinator responds to inquiries in person, by phone, and online, provides information about programs, and assists with enrollments and payments. The role also supports local marketing efforts, helps coordinate events and performances, and collaborates with instructors and leadership to ensure an excellent experience for all students.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with students, families, and staff.
Candidates should possess music knowledge or enthusiasm for music and live performance to support the School of Rock mission and programs.
Candidates should possess sales and marketing skills to help drive enrollments, promote programs, and support local outreach.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in managing schedules and studio operations.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, youth-focused environment and collaborating with a diverse team.
Basic computer proficiency, including use of scheduling, point-of-sale, and communication tools.
Prior experience in education, music, retail, or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
