We're looking for a highly-skilled and charismatic Marketing Director to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Debbie Ln & Matlock Rd! This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, leadership, hospitality, and community engagement while making a meaningful impact inside and outside the restaurant. You'll work directly alongside an experienced Owner/Operator who believes in developing leaders and empowering them with ownership and autonomy. Your Impact
Lead the restaurant's social media strategy by creating engaging content and strengthening our digital presence. Build meaningful partnerships throughout the Mansfield community and represent the Chick-fil-A brand at local events. Plan and execute guest events, community initiatives, promotions, and in-store experiences. Coordinate team celebrations, appreciation events, and recognition programs that create an exceptional team culture. Design and implement seasonal store decorations and visual transformations that create memorable guest experiences. Collaborate with restaurant leadership to drive marketing initiatives that increase sales, guest loyalty, and community awareness. Help cultivate a culture where team members feel valued, celebrated, and inspired to grow. Support the overall mission of creating remarkable experiences for both guests and team members.
Background Profile
Passionate about serving people and building community. Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A's values and mission. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Experience with social media, marketing, event planning, or community engagement preferred. 2+ years of leadership experience. Hospitality experience preferred. Proven track record of developing others.
