Podcast Producer

Owning the end-to-end production of the podcast operation, the full-time Podcast Producer will source and book high-quality guests, manage production workflows, and ensure episodes are delivered smoothly and at a high editorial standard in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full production pipeline from guest outreach and scheduling through recording, post-production, publishing, and delivery
Identify and secure compelling guests that align with audience and editorial goals
Prepare briefing documents and episode structures to support hosts in delivering engaging conversations

Required Qualifications

Experience in podcast or content production with multiple moving parts
Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, calendars, and production schedules
Strong editorial and research instincts for creating compelling content
Ability to manage multiple episodes in production simultaneously while maintaining quality
Active use of AI tools to support research and production efficiency
