Job Description:

Responsible for creating visually engaging video content. This position requires exceptional camera experience, storytelling, motion graphics/visual effects, and all facets of post‑production. Additionally, this role handles the demands of various production schedules and devotes the necessary time and resources to meet deadlines. In addition, this position collaborates closely with brand managers, visual designers, the Internal Communications team, and other clients to articulate, support, maintain, and elevate the brand. Responsibilities for this role include developing and editing video content, ensuring high‑quality production standards, and managing post‑production processes. This role contributes to the overall creative strategy and execution of multimedia projects.

Demonstrates strong comprehension of Codecs.

Other duties as assigned.

Supports senior videographer in planning and production.

Provides content for various projects, including video shorts, interviews, educational series, and cinemagraphs.

Edits, corrects audio and color, and designs motion graphics to ensure high production value.

Shoots a wide variety of project types both in studio and on‑location.

Manages post‑production schedules and timelines.

Records audio in studio and in the field, including boom operating and setting LAVs.

Manages workload and output for post‑production team.

Conducts editing sessions with executive director, brand managers, and senior leadership.

Participates in brainstorming sessions to share new cinema perspectives and ideas.

Meets tight deadlines while managing priorities and time effectively with minimal supervision.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Understanding of social media and how video performs

Proficiency and understanding of digital media trends and technology tools

Fluency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint)

Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills

Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting all deadlines

Experience with audio and lighting

Strong production skills including lighting, audio, and camera work

Strong understanding of leading video and image editing software packages

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to complete precise tasks

Knowledge of HD production and post‑production workflows

Ability to lead and positively support the production crew

Skilled storyteller; editing for emotion, expertise, brevity, and/or clarity

Education

Associate [Required]

Work Experience

4+ relevant videographer/editor/animator experience in a professional environment [Required]

Pay Range:

$60,151.66 - $111,886.39
