Digital Senior Producer - ONSITE

Location: Encinitas, San Diego, CA (Hybrid). 3 days on‑site per week (Mon, Wed, Thu).

We are looking for a Senior Producer with creative agency experience who excels at coordinating teams to develop digital strategy, traditional websites, e‑commerce, and system designs. The role works with both digital agencies and direct‑to‑consumer clients. You bring order to complex, fast‑moving projects, skillfully coordinating designers, developers, and clients toward a shared plan. You thrive on creating timelines and estimates and defining the resources a project needs to succeed. You take pride in exceeding client expectations and fostering a collaborative, positive environment across your clients and your team.

This is not a marketing, social, content creator, or IT project manager role.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for a variety of digital projects, including strategy, websites, e‑commerce, videos, systems, and products.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Develop and manage daily tasks, create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

Allocate and manage project resources, including designers, developers, and QA specialists.

Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.

Qualifications

Candidate must be located in the San Diego area and able to work our hybrid schedule.

6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency.

Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.

Experience managing a variety of digital projects.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 – $92,500 (flexible based on qualifications). This represents only a portion of the overall package.
