Position Overview
Join the Advil team as a Brand Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Advil.
Key Responsibilities
Accelerate the transition to earned & social‑led marketing, delivering robust omnichannel demand‑creation plans rooted in consumer and culture.
Enable a robust influencer arm from strategy through execution in partnership with agencies and creators.
Drive omnichannel commerce with key retailers including Amazon, Walmart, and others.
Develop and support best‑in‑class innovation execution plans for 2027 with global, sales, and innovation teams.

Position based in Warren, NJ; hybrid model, 3 days per week onsite.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or Related Field.
5+ years of commercial marketing experience, including 2 years of CPG experience in a Consumer Healthcare environment.
Digital marketing and analysis experience.
Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior brand management experience in U.S. consumer packaged goods brands, revenue growth management, route‑to‑market planning and analysis, advertising/media planning, P&L analysis, brand portfolio management and packaging changes.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to lead, facilitate, and collaborate.
Proficient in influencing, conflict management, and decision making.
Strategic thinker with ability to apply principles to varied business activities.
