Advil Brand Manager

Join the Advil team as a Brand Manager, as we look to take this iconic brand to new heights! You'll report to the Senior Director of Advil.
This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Help to accelerate the transition to earned & social-led marketing, tasked with delivering robust omnichannel demand-creation plans that are rooted in consumer and culture
Enable a robust influencer arm from strategy through execution in partnership with agencies & creators
Drive omnichannel commerce with key retailers including Amazon, Walmart, and more
Develop & support best-in-class innovation execution plans for 2027 in partnership with global, sales, and innovation teams
Characteristics

The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field
5+ years of commercial marketing experience (i.e. brand management, market research, consumer behavior, business analysis) including 2 years of CPG specific experience in a Consumer Healthcare environment
Digital Marketing and Analysis Experience
Budgeting and forecasting, commercial and financial acumen
