Internal Communications Senior Specialist
Overview
As an Internal Communications Senior Specialist, you will help connect people to purpose at ASML in San Diego, California. Your work will strengthen employee engagement and ensure employees understand how their work supports ASML's advanced lithography technology. Role and Responsibilities
Partner with communications and business teams to deliver effective internal communication programs
Plan and support employee events such as all‑hands meetings and engagement campaigns
Create and edit clear, engaging content for multiple channels
Publish communications across platforms such as intranet, email, and digital displays
Execute communication plans aligned with site and business goals
Manage the site newsletter, including content development, distribution, and performance tracking
Support video and storytelling projects from planning through execution
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications within a corporate environment
Experience working with content management systems, Microsoft Office tools, and digital communication platforms
Experience supporting cross-functional communication initiatives in a global organization is a plus
Skills
Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging content
Communicate complex ideas in simple, accessible ways
Build strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders

Other Information
This position is located on‑site in San Diego, CA, USA and requires onsite presence.
Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Occasionally required to move around the campus and must be willing to work in a clean room environment for the entire duration of the shift, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Salary and Benefits
Current base annual salary range: $89,250-133,875.
The Company offers employees and their families medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job‑related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
