Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead and manage operations in a high volume, fast paced server manufacturing. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and effectively directing activities to create goods ensuring efficiency, while also maintaining quality control and adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Creating and managing production schedules, allocating resources, and optimizing workflows to meet demand.
Implementing and maintaining quality control systems, ensuring products meet specified standards, and identifying and resolving defects.
Managing and motivating production teams, providing guidance, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve throughput, reduce waste, and lower costs.
Overseeing material procurement, inventory management, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Estimating costs, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Liaising with other departments (e.g., Quality, Engineering, NPI, Logistics) to align production with business needs and market demands.
Basic Qualifications

Associate degree or relevant experience.
5+ years in manufacturing operations, preferably in electronics or server manufacturing.
Technical knowledge: Proficient in manufacturing processes and familiarity with server manufacturing.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a high-volume production setting.
Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Proficient in identifying and resolving production issues, optimizing processes, and making data-driven decisions and KPI management.
Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access), Manufacturing Systems, SAP/ERP/WMS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Electronics/Server Manufacturing.
Experience with ISO, Lean, Six Sigma certifications.
Demonstrated success in driving cost-effective operations and exceeding internal KPIs.
