Leading enterprise-wide communications initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Communications will develop and implement internal and leadership communication strategies, partner with executive leaders, and manage organizational change communications in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and lead internal and leadership communications strategies to align with business goals
Partner with executive leadership to draft high-impact communications and prepare leaders for key messaging moments
Manage communication planning for organizational changes and ensure clarity in messaging across stakeholders
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in communications or a related field
Proven experience supporting senior executives and drafting polished communications
Strong business judgment and ability to handle sensitive communications professionally
Experience in developing communication plans for organizational change or high-visibility initiatives
Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and AI-enabled tools for communication efficiency
