Overview
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Program Manager to support a program onsite in the Washington DC area.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

*Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements.

This position is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all communications, issues, and concerns arising during the performance of the task order.

Exercise decisions and commit contractor resources in response to Government needs and challenges.

Act as the representative responsible for resolving all programmatic and contractual issues, even when staff members coordinate on specific tasks.

Maintain high availability to answer program questions and proactively alert the Government to potential risks or concerns.

Communicate problems or issues directly and promptly to management, ensuring they are addressed immediately rather than relying solely on routine status reports.

Attend scheduled meetings and deliver required briefing materials, including presentations, papers, and analyses.

Coordinate briefing schedules and deliverables closely with Government leadership.

Lead and participate in ad hoc meetings to review recent accomplishments, resolve outstanding issues, and discuss planned activities.

Qualifications

Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance

10 years of experience in Program Management within Federal IT sector

PMP Certification

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation

Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust

Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks

Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
