We are seeking an
Audio-Visual (AV) Support Specialist
to provide hands‑on technical support for training events and end users in a fast‑paced enterprise environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, desktop support experience, and a passion for solving technical issues.
Responsibilities
Provide on‑site AV support for training sessions and events.
Troubleshoot and resolve audio‑visual and technical issues.
Support deskside IT operations and respond to end‑user requests.
Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
Assist with imaging, deployment, and distribution of hardware across multiple locations.
Deliver proactive, customer‑focused technical support.
Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of IT support or desktop support experience.
5+ years of customer service experience.
High School Diploma with relevant technical experience.
Hands‑on experience with:
Windows 11
Microsoft Office 365
Active Directory
Device imaging and deployment
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or equivalent).
