We’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead the charge on launching exciting new products and driving unforgettable consumer experiences for Tequila CAZADORES in North America. In this role, you’ll bring bold ideas to life—from new flavor concepts to in-market activations—while working with an amazing team across marketing, commercial, and agency partners. Responsibilities

Develop Winning Strategies – Create iconic brand and growth strategies

Contribute to the development and execution of in-market brand Integrated Activity Plans (IAP) of consumer-facing activities collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Customer Marketing, Advocacy, Commercial, and external partners/agencies to deliver with excellence.

Assist in conducting the situation assessment of Tequila CAZADORES (and other Agave brands as required), contributing to defining any related “Jobs to be Done” each year as part of the Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) Process.

Partner with Consumer and Commercial Insights team to understand target local consumers and situation assessments for the brand to customize local activities and develop new strategies and tactics that provide the brand with a competitive advantage.

Support and drive Joint Business Planning with commercial and CP&A teams, working with consumer insights and commercial analytics to identify opportunities and develop programs to drive commercial success.

Partner with the Multicultural Accelerator team to assist in the development of Tequila CAZADORES’ Multicultural Strategy & lead its execution, charting the path forward for the brand to meaningfully and inclusively engage in diverse communities including, but not limited to, Mexican Americans, African-Americans, etc.

Support the Global Senior Brand Director with the refinement of Tequila CAZADORES’ role within the broader Global and local market agave portfolio strategies, including the development of tools to support commercial and advocacy Agave portfolio workstreams.

Impact Culture Through Creativity – Create culture-shaping connections

Support the Tequila CAZADORES’ Culture & Partnerships agenda, creating opportunities to further integrate the brand into culture and drive its relevance and modernity.

Coordinate with the PR Agency and work closely with other partner agencies to ensure that all brand content programs and partnerships developed at local level are activated and commercialized effectively in-market.

Support and coordinate Advocacy & On-Premise strategy and programming, partnering with Brand Ambassadors, Agave Masters, and Advocacy Customer Marketing to deliver best-in-class programming for NAM.

Support the Global Senior Brand Director of Tequila CAZADORES & Agave with global market workstreams, including Global Toolkits and creative assets, onboarding materials, etc.

Accelerate Business Performance – Act like brand owner

Support the Brand Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) strategic planning process by providing brand performance analysis, analytical assessments of impact of activities (M&E), robust program plans, and strong assets to drive brand equity.

Support in monthly and quarterly cross-functional business performance analysis that unlocks actionable insights & serve as a central brand champion for program M&E.

Manage and optimize an A&P budget assigned to you and placing bold bets on activities that minimizes costs but optimizes return on investments working closely with Consumer Insights to ensure we measure and evaluate the performance of brand activities.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA is ideal and preferred.

You must have 4+ years of experience in brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects.

Experience in spirits, beverage, fast moving consumer goods, lifestyle brands or an experiential agency is preferred.

Experience in multiple disciplines (e.g., digital, social, experiential, media, sponsorships), with experience leading innovation projects from concept to commercialization and launch is a plus.

Fundamental understanding of profit drivers and a commercial-focused approach to brand planning.

Ability to analyze data (e.g., Nielsen) and understand competition and category to prepare reports, provide insights and recommendations to grow the brand.

Passionate, innovative, and creative marketer who puts the consumer at the heart of all activities to achieve results.

Strong organizational skills, independent thinking, multitasking ability, and professional conduct aligned with company values.

Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to executives, Bacardi employees, vendors, and customers at all levels.
